Gavin Cargill has operated in the area of motivation since 1989 working with a London based group of behavioural scientists. Consultancy projects have included the design and delivery of motivation seminars, organisation development, conference facilitation, executive coaching and mentoring and acting as a link between the corporate world and the non profit sector He has been guest speaker at a number of national events including Scottish Mutual, Countrywide Investments annual sales conferences, PIMS International and Finance Directors UK Forum and the National Association of Hospice Management.
