Our public seminars allow your organization to see what the Value of the Person^® Theory R^® Management principles are and to see how our consultants can help your organization achieve your goals.   By attending our seminars, you have a chance to meet the consultants first hand and experience the principles in action.  The seminars are conducted personally by the company founder, Wayne T. Alderson along with a team of associates who have been working together for over 25 years.  During the seminar, you are given the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Wayne T. Alderson or arrange a private meeting at your convenience.
